Our home-base is the Riverwest neighborhood of Milwaukee, WI. We typically bill for travel at half our hourly labor rate. This organically limits our service area to Milwaukee and surrounding neighborhods.

One to three weeks lead time is typical for us.

Yes, but we have a two-hour minimum charge, plus travel. So, we’ll take care of a 15 minute project for you if that’s what you need, but will charge two hours to make the scheduling and the trip worthwhile for us.

Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance. We’re registered with the state of Wisconsin DSPS as a Qualified Dwelling Contractor. That means we maintain insurance and maintain state-required training.
